Unexpected cost issues are rare with our team because we dig in on specifics before work even begins. Our experience with investor renovations has taught us to dig deep before starting so the investor knows exactly what they are dealing with. Should there be a cost overrun, we will discuss it with you and get your approval before doing the work.
You can always submit change orders, but we rarely see them on the investor side because of our extensive process at the front end of investment renovations.
