You can always submit change orders, but we rarely see them on the investor side because of our extensive process at the front end of investment renovations.

The onsite team handles all clean up and will include any dumpster or removal costs as part of your estimate.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your work?

Yes, we guarantee all our workmanship for one year. That guarantee does not include any damage from tenants or normal wear and tear on items like carpet, cabinets, or trim.
