How We Work With Contractors

We are the industry leader in single-family home renovation. We have developed a time- and cost-effective process for managing hundreds of renovation projects across the country. Utilizing our proprietary software to manage our contractors and each project, allows our contractors to focus on what they do best – quality workmanship.

Our repair specialists oversee estimates, work orders, approvals, permits, inspections, quality control, and payment along with photos and daily notes, documenting all communication between the homeowner, our staff, and our contractors.

Contractor Screening & Approval

All contractors choosing to work with us undergo a rigorous screening process. We work with only the best in the business and make sure that our contractors maintain our high quality standards and our mandatory license and insurance requirements.

Bid Procurement & Project Management

Our Repair Specialists understand the importance of procuring estimates quickly without jeopardizing quality. Our estimates include the owner’s wish list, inspection deficiencies, and any additional identified repairs. Each project has a designated Field Manager who ensures our contractors professionalism, quality of work, and construction timelines are adhered to.

Permit Management

Our seasoned quality control representatives work directly with contractors and building departments to ensure proper permits and inspections are handled in a professional manner.

Lien Waiver Process

Our Contractors and Repair Specialists are well-versed in state-specific partial and final notarized lien waivers. No job is considered complete until all proper
waivers are uploaded into our software and originals are notarized and received via mail prior to payment.

Total Quality Management

Each line item on the work order has before, during, and after photos uploaded into our system. For any line item to be considered complete, our Field
Manager must sign off ensuring quality control.
